Our bodies are incredibly complex machines, and sometimes, we need a little extra help achieving our fitness goals. Mohamed Qandeel, a 26-year-old doctor, faced this very challenge when he joined our program. He sought to lose fat and build muscle, but needed guidance on how to do so safely and effectively. When Mohamed first started his journey with us, he weighed 84 kilograms, had a body fat percentage of 24%, and had a muscle weight of 36 kilograms. To help him achieve his goals, we designed a training and nutrition program that was tailored specifically to his body, his daily routine, and his objectives. The first phase of his program focused on fat loss. Over the course of five months, Mohamed lost 12 kilograms, reaching a weight of 72 kilograms. His body fat percentage dropped to 9.5%, and his muscle weight increased to 37.5 kilograms. Once he had achieved his fat loss goals, we moved on to the second phase of his program: bulking. Over the next three months, Mohamed continued to build muscle while maintaining a healthy weight. By the end of this phase, he had gained 6 kilograms of muscle and reached a weight of 78 kilograms. His body fat percentage had increased slightly, but was still at a healthy 13.5%. Throughout his journey with us, Mohamed received personalized guidance and support from our team of experts.
